Thank you for choosing The Grange for your wedding

Every couple has a unique story, and every wedding should be a true reflection of it.

This planning guide has been created to make your journey seamless, inspiring and enjoyable as we prepare for your special day together.

PLANNING SCHEDULE

Within 7 days of receiving your contract

Sign and return your contract and pay the $2,000.00 deposit to secure your wedding date

Within 10 days of confirming your booking

Your included reception styling suppliers will be introduced via email so you can begin discussing your wedding vision and styling requirements with your chosen supplier

Menu Tasting
Dates TBA

Applicable to weddings with a plated two-course menu only.

Menu tastings are typically held approximately 9 months prior to your wedding date.

2–3 months prior

Attend your Wedding Planning Meeting with your Wedding Planner to discuss all event details

15 days prior

Submit your final guest numbers, dietary requirements, and guest list

14 days prior

Attend your Final Planning Meeting with your Wedding Planner to review and confirm all wedding arrangements. This meeting can be in person or over the phone

7 days prior

Your final payment is due

3 days prior

Drop off any place cards, bonbonniere, and other approved wedding items to the venue to your Wedding Planner
